SOCKiT™ warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Warranty is valid for normal wear or damage due to accident, abnormal use, misuse, or neglect. That's right! You are covered for everything! All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the following email address: help@sockit.net prior to returning your product. You must include a brief description of your claim. We will issue you a warranty claim number, and this number must be included when you return your product for us to issue a replacement. If your model SOCKiT™ is not in stock or discountinued we will use another in stock item to replace it at our discretion unless otherwise specified. Our standard shipping method is First Class United States Postal Service. We offer Priority Mail shipping options as well for urgent orders. Depending on the quantity of items shipped and the mail service selected shipping rates can vary from as low as $0.63 USD to $4.05 USD for Prioity Mail shipping. The shipping and handling total will be calculated during the checkout process.
